Life starts with a breath, and so does The Life School.
If you are reading this, it’s clear that you are breathing.
But do you realise that? I mean when was the last time you had ‘experienced’ breathing?
Breathing is the most critical action for us to live, and the easiest to do. You may not have all the happiness in the world that you desire, all the money that you strive for, or all the peace that you wish for. But you still have your breath.
So breathe.
Breathe to come back to the present from all the sad thoughts of the past and worries about the future.
Breathe to remind yourself how precious your life is.
Breathe to take a break from everything that’s troubling your mind and heart.
Breathe to realise that you have the best man or woman as your life partner, and the best child as your daughter or son.
Breathe to be present in the present.
Breathe to exercise, so that you may live a longer life.
Breathe to slow down. You may be running too fast and far away from life.
Breathing can change your life, which is too short to be wasted otherwise.
Thank God for everything you have…and breathe.
You are amazing!
Tip: Keep your PC’s screensaver as ‘BREATHE’ so that each time you return to it, you breathe. I do.

A wonderful thought Vishal !
It’s said that breath is what connects the soul and the body. The moment breath stops, soul leaves the body.
Our breathing is affected by our emotional state and in turn by varying our breathing rate and pattern we can control our physiology and emotional state. “How to breath properly” is a science in itself.
When I started learning meditation, the first thing I was taught was to concentrate on the breath because it’s the easiest and quickest way to bring the mind into present.
